Market Study: The State of Learning Technology

Add bookmark

Having the right learning technology is the first mission-critical step on the path to successful learning within an organization. Through employee use of the technology and strong measurement and analysis of results and development benchmarks, learning technology is the tool by which learning leaders address the urgent tasks of today and the realized and yet unrealized challenges of tomorrow.

In the balance hangs the connection with employees and their ability to consume and apply information, strategies and/or skills learned to increase productivity and achieve the goals of the organization.

The COVID-19 pandemic didn’t help the aforementioned challenge. In fact, it exacerbated it. Learning leaders all over the world were suddenly forced into making decisions on the fly about the technology their organization should deploy to help employees work remotely.

Yet, L&D leaders are finding new ways to engage their people in the office or at home: providing learning in a multitude of ways, meeting people where they are, and accessing a level of personalization not seen before. Find out how in this Market Study.

Topics in this research-driven report are as follows:

  • What are the top learning goals for organizations?
  • What matters most when buying new learning technology?
  • The importance of behavioral versus cognitive learning
  • And how agile learning, gamification and intelligent learning platforms can take your learning organization to the next level
