Alex is passionate about creating great employee experiences to fuel great customer experiences and believes employee communication is foundational to this. Employees don’t need more communication, they need the right information at the right time in the right way. Alex leads teams at EA Help who are focused on transforming the way we communicate, building an innovative internal comm infrastructure to support our employees’ unique needs, and activating our culture and brand to our employees. Previously, Alex worked at an engineering tech company and led a variety of internal comms programs including intranet strategy.

Come experience the EA Austin location, home to EA’s Communication and Employee Experience Teams, WW Customer Experience Center, IT Operations and the EA BioWare Studio, where Star Wars: The Old Republic was developed. The center is EA’s third largest out of 20 worldwide operations. The facility employs approximately 800 people.
