Dr. Bigda-Peyton is a consultant, author, and expert on individual transition, organization design, and system trans- formation. He has led major change initiatives across multiple industries, including healthcare, government, and business, and social venture organizations. His clients have included Fidelity Investments, Lenscrafters, and Otis Elevator; Tufts University; the National Academy of Pediatrics; the Work- place Safety Ministry of British Columbia, the Ministry of Health, Province of Ontario, and the Federal Aviation Admin- istration.
