Peter is an accomplished and innovative leader of Learning and Development with a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams of Trainers, Instructional Designers, and Knowledge Managers for over 20 years.  As a servant leader, he balances a passion for empowering employees with a commitment to transforming L&D to continuously meet the evolving needs of his business partners.  Peter has had an impressive career and made great strides in outstanding organizations including Capitol One, Disney, and Cigna. He is currently building a Training and Knowledge Management Center of Excellence with New York Life.
