Esther Lee

Esther is a leader in the learning space with an extensive knowledge around training, curriculum design, talent lifecycles, and DEIB. She has experience in working with multiple types of companies like WeWork, Citadel, Kaplan, and consulting for Google and State Education Departments across the nation. Having been a special education teacher in the Bronx, Esther is passionate about ensuring that every individual's full potential is met through the learning opportunities that she builds. Esther leverages her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from New York University and Harvard University in Education to implement inclusive and UDL-driven learner experience designs across all training programs. She has been a featured writer for educational journals and online courses and has spoken at multiple national educational conferences. Outside of work, Esther is an avid cook, a dog mom, and a competitive tennis player.
