He has diverse expertise in disciplines such as strategy and business planning, leadership / executive develop- ment, operational productivity improvement, and oper- ating model / organizational design. Prior to Deloitte, he held a broad range of learning and non-learning roles within organizations like The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Turner Leadership Strategies, and Teach For America. Quip holds an MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern Uni- versity and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
