Alejandro is an experienced Training Specialist and developer of 6 years, using a wide range of industry leading modalities to create interactive learning solutions at Aggreko, the global leader of temporary power and temperature control services headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland. As an advocate of human centered design and rapid authoring, Alejandro’s experience has encapsulated on the go, ‘just in time’ digital solutions, which have led him to become lead architect for Aggreko’s fully interactive and immersive Augmented Reality learning experiences.

He has two graduate degrees from the University of Houston with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Master of Science in Global Retailing. Other notable professional achievements include a Six Sigma and a Project Management professional certifications from Cornell University. Prior to Aggreko, Alejandro has worked on talent development at Nestle and GE Oil & Gas. He is married and currently lives in Bogota, Colombia.
