Dr. Allison Sadler is the Chief Learning Officer for Insurance Sales & Service Insurance at USAA. Allison has worked in financial services and insurance for over 30 years in leadership roles across multiple Fortune 500 Companies. She has worked in Global Learning Roles, Human Capital, and Sales Performance. In addition to her corporate service, Allison holds a PhD in the Human Capital Program from Bellevue University. Prior to her doctoral studies, Allison graduated from St Mary’s University with Distinguished Honors and a Master’s of Business Administration in Organizational Development. Allison’s research on women and leadership is published in the Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management. Allison speaks on leadership topics with firms like the National Association of Women Business Owners and Trinity University, along with non-profits like The Texas Diversity Council. Allison’s personal pursuits include health and fitness, cultural arts, and surviving her eighteen year-old’s golf schedule. Allison resides in San Antonio, Texas, where she enjoys the beauty of the hill country.
