What Gallup Knows About Remote Work

For 12 years, Gallup studied remote work. No doubt during that time, researchers were just interested in what the impact of remote work would be in the years ahead and how it could potentially shape the workforce.

Then COVID-19 happened and remote work became the norm.

Managers had to shift thinking quickly to find the momentum and keep that momentum on productivity and employee performance. Here are three main points Gallup says to keep in mind as organizations continue to live in this remote work world.
