Learning everything all at once
Like most children, my daughter is a learning machine. Every day she learns at least one new thing. I’m amazed as she uses words I didn’t even think she knew as if it were nothing. Or figures out how to open a childproof cabinet. Or throws a ball with perfect aim. She is learning everything all at once and it is breathtaking. What can we learn from this as L&D leaders?
