Jennifer Budveit is the Head of Global Learning & Development at Tiffany & Co. - an American luxury jewelry and specialty retailer headquartered in New York City. It sells jewelry, sterling silver, china, crystal, stationery, fragrances, water bottles, watches, personal accessories and leather goods. (If you’ve ever received a small blue box, you know it!).

Despite the ongoing pandemic year of 2021, Tiffany & Co. received three awards for their modernized approaches to L&D:

  • Brandon Hall Gold Award for the Best Launch of a Corporate University (more details on this in an upcoming post)
  • Brandon Hall Gold Award for Best Results of a Learning Program
  • i4CP Next Practice Award for leading-edge people practices that have positively impacted their businesses

While many companies faced burnout, the Great Resignation, Tiffany & Co. seemed to thrive. What was their secret sauce? Overhauling the executive team? Finding out how to speak the language of executives to show the ROI of L&D? Find out more in my exclusive interview with Jennifer.

Jennifer was a presenter at our February 2022 CLO Exchange and dug further into “Measuring What Matters in L&D.” Don't want to miss out on great presentations like this? Check out our upcoming CLO Exchange in August in Chicago!
