Sumona De Graaf, Ph.D. is a member of the Career Development Team at Bloomberg LP. After spending several years as an independent contractor working with companies on refining their talent strategies, tackling organizational development challenges, and leveraging data analytics, she accepted a full time role on the Bloomberg Career Development team, with a focus on matching employee career aspirations and interests with the goals and aspirations of the company. In her spare time, Sumona pursues her research interests in employee motivation, strategic alignment, and diversity, and serves as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors at Lehigh University. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband Justin, and her dog, Wally.
