For more than a decade, California University of Pennsylvania’s Global Online program has operated more than three dozen degree-granting programs. One of the biggest reasons for the success of Cal U’s Global Online programs is the institution's dedicated effort to service its number one customers: its students. The online program has utilized customer relationship management (CRM) software to curate personal relationships with our global student population. This virtual session details the case study of how Cal U Global Online developed a concrete method to engage in meaningful correspondence with prospective students, current students and alumni. Takeaways include:

  • Creating engaging and meaningful correspondence with students throughout the student-life cycle
  • Utilizing CRM software to maximize efforts
  • Creating personal and meaningful relationships with students through successful CRM
  • How to increase conversion rates through concentrated CRM campaigns
