Jay is an experienced Educational Leader who is passionate about engaging students through technology integration in the classroom and improving education policy to modernise learning for the 21st century and beyond.

He holds a Masters in Education majoring in literacy development and programme implementation, as well as a Bachelor of Information Technology majoring in information management. He currently works as the Director of Educational Technology and Innovation across K-12 at the Singapore campus of Dulwich College. This role sees him reviewing and implementing technology tools and pedagogical practices, as well as developing a school-wide innovators mindset through coding, robotics, entrepreneurialism and design thinking. Jay loves to share his expertise and experiences with people around the world, presenting at a number of workshops and conferences across Asia Pacific.
