Brady has held a variety of teaching and leadership positions at respected IB and American schools in eight countries. He currently coordinates digital learning at the Australian International School. Brady has launched innovative programs at several schools such as a personalized learning program based on design thinking and Asia’s first large-scale 1:1 iPad program. Brady is a doctoral candidate completing original research into the influence of working relationships on self-efficacy in school leaders. Before becoming an educator, Brady worked as an IT project manager in southern California.
