- Historically, it has been difficult to obtain consistent feedback on company-wide face-to-face training, because employees’ own analysis was subjective, and real-time inspections were patchy.
- When digitised, however, real-time, multi-device analysis can be written straight into a training programme, giving the employer much more control about how people learn, and rolling a successful programme out more widely at much lower cost than sending in a personal trainer
- How feedback data can be integrated into the annual appraisal process to help inform employees’ personal goals
