I’m a mission-driven healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience building and leading global learning, marketing, and clinical education organizations across Philips, Hologic, and Medtronic.I began my career in sales and marketing and quickly discovered a passion for how learning empowers people and drives business performance. I’ve since built global programs that help teams launch products with confidence, connect education to outcomes, and improve the experience of both clinicians and patients.Today at Philips, I lead global training and customer education for our $1.8B ultrasound business. I’m focused on transforming legacy training into scalable, blended learning that reaches thousands of employees and customers worldwide. I’m most proud of how our programs build capability, inspire performance, and elevate patient care.
