A solar industry veteran with over 15 years of experience, 10 of them at SolarEdge, Nick has helped drive market share growth, build high-performance sales teams, and implement scalable go-to-market strategies. Nick's career began in the Peace Corps, serving in Nepal and Bulgaria. That experience shaped his mission-driven approach to leadership and sparked a passion for solar as a tool for energy equity and disruption. He later earned a Master's in Public Policy from Brandeis University's Heller School, focusing on solar energy and market transformation. At SolarEdge, Nick is known for his "Power of 1%" leadership philosophy, rooted in the belief that consistent, incremental improvement drives long-term impact. He is the architect of the company's internal sales training program and has been instrumental in strengthening SolarEdge's market position and deepening customer trust. Nick maintains strong relationships with installers and channel partners, ensuring sales teams are equipped with clear, data-driven messaging on key issues like domestic content compliance and the evolving federal tax landscape under the Inflation Reduction Act.
