As Sr. Vice President of SHI's Public Sector Business Unit, my primary goals are to create and execute strategies that support SHI's development and to guide the Public Sector team in achieving our mission. I am deeply committed to, and engaged in, daily sales activities, helping to strengthen our partnerships with customers, vendors, and OEMs. I enjoy bridging the gap between strategic and tactical thinking in order to execute. I'm honored to be a leader at SHI and I continue to develop our team, balancing work elements with compassion and care. I have created a culture of collaboration, trust, continual learning, and growth. I value kindness, transparency, and family and these are foundational to my leadership style. I'm passionate about mentorship and learning and love to speak about topics around women in leadership, bringing your full self to work, balancing work and life, mental health issues, innovation, employee experience, company culture, and, of course, anything related to Public Sector and IT.On a personal note, I'm most proud of my role as a parent to two children, working hard to foster their independence and curiosity.
