Mary Andereck

Director, Leadership Development Parkland Hospital

Mary Andereck is currently Director of Leadership Development for Parkland Health and Hospital System. In this positions, she leads performance management, goal cascading, leadership development, academic MBA partnerships and Learning & Development procedures. She has held leadership positions in Operations, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development and Human Resources in multiple restaurant and retail organizations.  She has facilitated operational strategic planning meetings as well as global program development.  Mary is certified in DiSC, Situational Leadership and EQi-2.0. Mary has been with Parkland since June of 2016.
