5:05 PM Boardroom A: Thriving in Flux: Navigating Continuous Change by Building Entrepreneurial Capability

"The only lasting truth is change." — Octavia E. Butler

As L&D leaders, we know the pattern: Programs launch with energy. Six months later, we're asked why behaviors haven't shifted, while quietly wondering if anyone noticed we only reached a fraction of the organization.

With rapid technological transformation reshaping work, organizations need employees at every level who can think and act entrepreneurially, spotting opportunities, testing solutions, and adapting without waiting for permission.

But here's the tension: How do we build entrepreneurial and innovation capabilities across diverse, multi-generational, and human/digital workforces when the pace of change keeps accelerating?

In this boardroom session, we'll explore together:

  • Developing entrepreneurial mindset as an enterprise-wide capability
    • What does it look like when employees (both human and digital) across all levels can identify problems, prototype solutions, and drive innovation within their scope?
  • Sustaining innovation when transformation becomes the norm
    • How do we embed entrepreneurial capability into culture so people respond to technological change with creativity and confidence?

This is peer learning, not a pitch. You'll hear what's working (and what's flopped) from fellow L&D leaders and leave with practical ideas and meaningful connections that want to address these challenges together.
