4:05 PM Boardroom B: Moving from Training Events to Performance Ecosystems in Regulated Environments

In pharmaceutical and clinical research organizations, the instinct is to solve performance gaps with more training. The organizations generating real business impact have developed a different reflex: they ask whether a learning intervention is actually the right answer before they build one.

  • Designing post-training sustainment pathways that embed new skills directly into the tools, workflows, and field interactions where performance actually happens
  • Partnering with commercial and operations leadership early enough to establish shared success metrics before a training initiative launches rather than measuring adoption after the fact
  • Applying learning effectiveness frameworks — not just completion dashboards — to identify which programs are genuinely changing performance and which are consuming budget without moving the needle

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Carolyn.
