Tomissa has more than 30 years of diverse experience having worked in L&D, Retail Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Sales Finance, Customer Service and DSD. She leads the development of comprehensive Learning strategies; ties learning to business solutions and consults with the business to overcome business challenges. Tomissa has created a high-performance team to build Sales Capabilities instilling agility to meet the changing business needs with a transformation drive and make it happen spirit. Tomissa has developed a Sales Learning & Development Value Proposition enabling our Sales Vision by activating an Intentional Learner Mindset. Designed, developed and implemented a Customer Engagement platform, a 3-year strategic collaboration for mutual sustainable growth with priority initiatives and Customer engagement roadmaps. With Tomissa’s strong Change Management background she has designed, developed and implement stakeholder engagement plans to communicate and drive a culture of change. In 2020 and 2021 she received 100% favorable engagement on the Global Opinion Survey.
