Lenore Jaquin, Vice President-Learning and Performance at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI), has more than three decades of experience in healthcare and learning, with roles at Aetna-US Healthcare and ADMI.

As the VP of Learning and Performance, Lenore is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s learning strategy and leading the development of programming for all non-Dentist positions, including those in front office roles, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Laboratory Technicians, and field management teams.

As an operator-turned-learning professional, Lenore uses a customized blended learning approach to help team members deliver exceptional patient experiences leading to industry-leading performance in Aspen dental-branded practices, as well prepare team members for career-advancing roles with the organization.

Lenore’s teams have earned a number of prestigious awards for learning excellence through the years, most recently, a Brandon Hall Gold award for best use of a blended learning program for ADMI’s Implant Education Program.
