At Meta Reality Labs I stood up a zero-to-one SDR org, hired the first cohort, and installed data-driven playbooks that now fuel pipeline for both SaaS and hardware with AI use cases. I spearhead the commercial Sales Development initiatives, overseeing both inbound and outbound sales teams. My role involves working cross-functionally with go-to-market (GTM) teams to generate and deliver high-quality leads and opportunities. I collaborate closely with sales and marketing to ensure leads are effectively qualified, routed, and tracked through our systems. By bridging the gap between lead generation and revenue-generating teams, I drive business growth, unlock new opportunities, and expand Meta's Reality Labs' market presence across target industries.
