In both my consulting and private equity experience, I’ve partnered directly with CxOs to diagnose inefficiencies, pressure-test GTM strategies, and unlock hidden revenue through operational leverage. I now help CxOs at holding companies and digital media publishers align strategy, revenue, and product teams to build scalable growth systems.
