Alan serves senior CRA clients as a process advisor and executive coach, specializing in the unique communication challenges of C-suite executives. His recent clients include Bristol Meyers Squibb, Canyon Partners, Charles Schwab, Cowen, Debevoise & Plimpton, Dell Technologies, General Mills, Hasbro, J & J, Levi's, McDonald’s, Morgan Stanley, NASCAR, State Street, and ZF Group. He also works with several multilateral institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank Group. In addition to his advisory work, Alan is a frequent speaker on leadership and communication. He is a contributor to several corporate leadership development programs, and each June he teaches a weeklong executive course on leadership for the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Alan has degrees in Communication and Political Science from the University of Utah. A native of Salt Lake City, he lives in Tampa with his wife and family. He is an instrument-rated private pilot, and enjoys flyfishing and wilderness, particularly in his home state, Utah
