Dave Hare is a Learning and Development executive with GE Appliances, a Haier company located in the Midwest US where his goal is to unlock potential and unleash possibilities for more than 13,000 global employees and over 1,200 leaders. As part of the Enterprise Organizational Talent Development team, Dave is accountable for Leadership Development, e-Learning, and Enterprise development strategies and solutions. Dave has his Masters from Capella University in Psychology with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development and a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Louisville. Dave has worked as an executive in learning and development for more than 12 years with over 27 years of working in the Learning and Development industry.

Prior to manufacturing, Dave managed the learning function in senior care, healthcare, insurance, banking, consulting, and IT industries. In each of these organizations and industries, he was responsible for building and implementing leadership and learning strategies. Dave is also an executive coach and delivers keynotes and development workshops at organizations and conferences all over the United States. Dave lives in Louisville, KY with his amazing wife Margaret of 26 years and his three children: Sarah, Rebekah, and William. Dave enjoys reading, teaching, cross-fit, playing golf and coaching competitive baseball. Aside from marrying up, Dave’s only other claim to fame is being a contestant with his family on the Family Feud in three episodes with Steve Harvey as host.
