5th Annual Online and eLearning Summit - Postponement Update
Update: 17 March 2020
In light of the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, I wanted to provide you with some information leading up to the 5th Annual Online and eLearning Summit 2020.
After a careful review of the current situation with COVID-19 and extensive consultation with key event stakeholders – including speakers, exhibitors and partners – we felt it was the right decision to postpone the event to ensure a successful event for all participants as well as manage the safety considerations.
While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees.
Originally scheduled to run from 18 - 20 May 2020, Online and eLearning 2020 will now take place on the 28-30 October 2020. The venue, Bayview Eden Melbourne, remains unchanged.
Please be advised that existing registrations remain valid and the team will work with key stakeholders including exhibitors, partners and sponsors to mitigate inconvenience.
Now is the time been a more important time for the online and elearning community to meet, collaborate, and share ideas on innovative digital tools and learning design to improve pedagogy delivery, increase student learning and engagement in an online environment.
We look forward to seeing you in Melbourne this October.
In the meantime, we've put together the online event 'Online Learning in the Age of Coronavirus', to help support education providers across the globe a platform to learn regardless of our current physical circumstances.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.
