Jennifer has been an elementary principal for eight years and has recently begun her sixth year in a school wide leadership role. Her background in curriculum, instructional practices, and assessment spans both primary and secondary years. While Upper Primary Principal at Hong Kong International School, Jennifer and her team were charged with designing the learning spaces to align with the mission, vision and values of HKIS. The research and development process, as well as a shared leadership approach, were paramount in creating new physical spaces as well as focusing on the what, how and why within these new learning spaces. Jennifer is a design thinking leader who is future driven and never the smartest person in the room!
