Gavin Heaphy is a very experienced property and construction professional with 30 years in the industry. As the Construction Director Gavin is responsible for building an exceptional multi-disciplinary team and leading the architectural and engineering design, procurement and delivery of the £1Bn+ North West Cambridge Development for the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining the University of Cambridge, Gavin was Tier 1 Director at Lend Lease, delivering a major part of the Athletes Village for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Gavin is Degree and MSc qualified, is a Member of the CIOB, a Charity Trustee, and Senior Member of St Edmunds College and sits on the judging panels for regional and national industry awards.
