Dr Rajaram is a Senior Lecturer with Nanyang Business School, a Research Fellow-Affiliate with Centre for Research and Development in Learning, NTU and Founder of the Research Lab for Innovation and Culture of Learning.  He has a Ph.D. with Distinction in Business and Management, majoring in Learning Science from the University of South Australia, Adelaide. Dr Rajaram has over 18 years of leadership and senior management corporate experience in organisational change, strategic management and learning & training development. He is an expert in learning science, management education, learning culture & culture of learning, educational leadership, innovation management and educational development area. He has received multiple competitive schools, university and national level research grants and awards on topics related to pedagogical innovation and employability skills & competencies. He has published in management education, learning culture in a multi-disciplinary context, learning analytics and internationalisation of business education.
