Dr. Lai Yeng (Cindy) Lee is assistant professor at Newcastle University (Singapore campus), Chemical Engineering and Director of Excellence in Learning and Teaching at Newcastle University, Singapore. She is a Singapore-MIT Alliance research scholar and has worked in research consultancy in the Netherlands. She has more than 10 years of experience in higher education learning and teaching.
