As a Design Manager for Verizon’s Consumer Market
organization, Katharine is responsible for training and evaluation strategy on
high priority initiatives within Verizon’s Fios Consumer Sales and Fios
Technical Support call centers- a scope of two client organizations consisting
of 3500+ employees, both management and associate. Katharine partners with
client groups to identify and understand needs through root cause analysis,
design customized solutions, and manage the collection, analysis, and
communication of training effectiveness data.
