Andrew ‘Stotts’ is responsible for field education and professional development of 70,000 team members across the Middle East, North Africa, Russia and Europe for Alshaya Group supporting over 100 global brands including Starbucks, H&M, Boots, Estee Lauder and the Cheese Cake Factory in the capacity of Head of Learning and Development. He has lived and worked in the Middle East for over 9 years. Prior to joining Alshaya Stotts worked with Peninsular and Orient across the Pacific region supporting a Cruise Ship fleet and the Hilton International Group as People and Development Director responsible for HR delivery and Leadership training within Europe, supporting over 500 Hotels. He is responsible for the Development of the global induction programs for team members, developing learning strategy and creating multiple learning and development interventions and has recently been awarded ‘World’s Best Retail Learning Management System’.
