Anila is responsible for the organizational development and learning for Harris' 600+ people managers and 5000 global employees. In order to develop a pipeline
of future executives, she incorporates projects with real business outcomes into Harris' Leadership Development Program;Harris Edge.

This session will also provide an opportunity to hear from Deana Kovalcik, Executive Vice President at Harris ERP who took a great career risk and accepted an “internal
sabbatical”, 6-12 month assignment to solve a business problem with no guarantee of long term career path. After Harris Edge and success in the sabbatical, she was promoted
to an Executive Vice President.

is an NGO aimed at upskilling professionals in software design, with a dedicated focus on improving diversity and inclusivity of STEM leaders.
