Chi Hang Lo has worked in IT and architecture for six years and has accumulated experiences in project management, data visualization, software implementation and architecture design.

As a business analyst, he is passionate about advancing data analytic to gain operational insight into his organization. 

In 2016, Chi introduced business intelligence (BI) applications to the AV/IT team and helped management gain operational insights from AV usage data, service ticket data, and building locations. He has assisted in a lecture capture deployment project and lead the development of AV/IT data architectures for various types of learning spaces.

Chi holds a bachelor’s degree from the Southern California School of Architecture in Los Angeles and an Information Technology diploma from the Clothing Industry Training Authority in Hong Kong. He is currently working toward an M.S. Degree in Integrated Design, Business and Technology at the University of Southern California.  Chi enjoys traveling and photography.
