Ambros started his professional career as a Management Consultant specialized in CRM and HR projects. After several positions at AXA as Head of Talent Management, Head of People Development and HR Business Partner he took over the current role in 2017. The Team "Future Workforce Engineering" leverages data to prepare the workforce of AXA Switzerland for future challenges.The team develops and initiates development actions and proves the feasibility of new ways to work.

Ambros holds a PhD degree and is an international speaker and guest lecturer. Last but not least he is a husband and father of two. His age: 22 plus 25 years of experience.
