Carol Pepper-Kittredge

Statewide Project Manager CCC Maker

Carol Pepper-Kittredge served as the statewide project manager for CCC Maker from August 2016 to May 2019, a $17m startup initiative funded by the California Community College Chancellor’s Office, Workforce & Economic Development Division.  The initiative built a community and active network of 24 community college makerspaces across the state to support the integration of Making into instruction and produce innovation-ready graduates.  Carol previously served as the Director for the Center for Applied Competitive Technologies and as the Deputy Sector Navigator of Advanced Manufacturing for the Sacramento Region, and continues to serve at the Associate Dean, Workforce Innovation at Sierra College .  Carol earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning and Management (UC Davis), and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development (University of San Francisco).
