Randa is responsible for the global leadership development strategy as well as the HR practice disciplines of learning design, change management and organizational design.
Prior to joining Manulife, Randa was an Organizational Development Specialist with a global manufacturing organization responsible for talent development and talent management. She has also consulted with Fortune 500 Companies in NA on leadership development. With a passion for talent management and development, she has worked both as an employee and as a consultant, with clients from financial services, manufacturing including tier one and tier two automotive companies, as well as retail and service organizations to help individuals gain personal insight and success.
