With a mission to awaken the potential of a well-rested world, Casper offers a portfolio of obsessively engineered sleep products through its global eCommerce business, 60+ Casper Sleep Shops across North America, and several retail partners. Over the past 16 years, Nathan has been building programs, processes, and strategies that support both people and company growth. Moving from divisional learning management at The Home Depot, to human capital consulting with Deloitte and Booz & Company, to building out learning & organizational development functions at iconic brands like Weight Watchers, Equinox, Sony Music Entertainment, and Casper, his passion has always been helping people love their work as much as he does.
