SVP Global Learning & Organizational Development Epsilon

Mike is currently the SVP, Global Learning and Development, at Epsilon.  His employer is a 9,000 associate, data management firm that is a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s largest advertising and communications companies.  Epsilon specializes in CRM, data analytics, and online marketing.  They employ over 3000 data scientists.  Their clients include over 1,200 corporations and organizations, including many of the Fortune 100.  Mike reports to the Chief People Officer, and is responsible for learning (technical and soft skill), organizational development, talent management, and compliance training.  

Prior to Epsilon, he had a variety of HR roles to include VP, L&D in a private equity backed healthcare company, and senior director and director roles in healthcare and healthcare consulting.  Mike began his career in the private sector as a consultant with IBM Global Business Services where his clients included BP, American Airlines, Cisco Systems, and Herman-Miller.  Before joining IBM, he spent 12 years in the U.S. Army in a variety of manager roles, culminating as an instructor and

Identify strategies to measure whether training was impactful within days, weeks or months

Develop a roadmap for expanding measurement and quantifying the impact of learning
