“Diversity and inclusion has been really intertwined and integrated in my career journey, allowing me to create space within corporate America and prepare people who are going to be in corporate America – it’s natural for who I am and what I love to do. I’m inspired by the fact that I have two children of color that will be walking into these spaces.”
