Dan Sheerin began working at fourteen years old as a cart boy for a local grocery store in New Jersey. He soon realized that he really liked helping people in whatever job he worked and he sought to understand how to do it more effectively. Starting in the credit union movement as a teller, Dan developed his sales and service abilities and quickly realized he was able to help others find success as well. Working through the ranks, Dan has most recently found himself running a call center for CFE that has grown its loan production five hundred percent over the course of the last three years. Dan’s real passion, however, is in developing his staff. He enjoys deepening relationships with people and helping them to pursue their goals. Believing that an educated, confident, and empowered employee is the most effective employee, Dan strives to create a culture where people can become all of these things. A family-man, foodie, movie buff, and board game geek, Dan loves to have fun while investing in others and leaving things better than he found them.
