Andrew has a proven track record in leading Digital HR Transformations & Disruptions and has held various roles in Talent Acquisition & Management, Executive Coaching, HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development. Andrew currently leads Talent Mobility and Employer Branding Programs at Seagate Technology, a world leader in Data Solutions and Storage. Before his role at Seagate, Andrew led Schneider Electric’s ambitious Talent Digitization agenda, bringing digitization, AI and Machine Learning to Schneider’s HR ecosystem covering the company’s 140,000 employees across the globe.
