Renee Dyess is a senior leader in Learning and Development within C&S. With more than 14 years of experience, Renee leads training and development for over 14,000 employees in the area of Leadership Development, Critical Role Program Development, Coaching, Succession Planning, DE&I training, and technical and functional training.
Prior to her role at C&S, Renee also worked in L&D roles for SUPERVALU and Allstate Insurance. She received a B.A. in Organizational Development & Performance Leadership, earned a CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) certification, and holds several training facilitation certifications, including two Master Certifications.
Renee’s passion for Learning & Development is driven by her love of people and desire to help individuals unleash their potential as they work to fulfill their professional goals and aspirations.
