Jeff joined Medtronic in March 2020, overseeing global learning and leadership development. Medtronic is the world's largest medical technology company with operations in 150 countries. Our products treat 70 health conditions and include cardiac devices, cranial and spine robotics, insulin pumps, surgical tools, patient monitoring systems, and more, serving 72 million people each year. Prior to joining Medtronic, Jeff served as Managing Director and Chief Learning Officer, Leader Development and Performance at Deloitte LLP. Deloitte is the world’s largest professional services firm. In this internal role, Jeff oversaw leadership development and a number of talent management processes. Prior to Deloitte, Jeff worked for a boutique change management and leadership consultancy, serving Fortune 100 clients in the healthcare and entertainment sectors. Jeff has presented on the topics of leadership, learning and performance alongside university professors, professional sports coaches, and business leaders. His work has been featured in several publications, including Harvard Business Review and People+Strategy. Jeff has a MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology and French from Susquehanna University .Outside of work, Jeff is passionate about educational access. He currently serves on the board of Philadelphia Futures, a non-profit that provides low-income, first-generation-to-college students with the tools, resources, and opportunities necessary for admission to and success in college.
