When Shawn Foley started his year, digital learning was a top priority, but it did not have the buy-in he needed to move as quickly as he would have liked. Fast forward to March, when he had to move all learning to a remote and virtual environment, while onboarding a new tele-med platform to his staff, as they dealt with the ramifications of COVID-19 in their newly formed chain of hospitals in New York and Connecticut, areas hard hit by the virus. In this session he will discuss:

• Using learning as a support system for teams, providing both emotional support and needed training
• How to quickly ramp up and develop training content
• Leveraging learning as a communication tool across the entire workforce in a rapidly changing environment
