Pooja has 25+ years of experience in Learning and Skill Development, working with large organizations with diverse cultures, across industries, and across geographies. She has lived and worked in three contents, is passionate about enabling organizations and individuals, and keen to give back to the Learning community by mentoring young Learning professionals. In her current role, Pooja leads Learning Strategy for Shell where she works on future-focused transformative initiatives that will enable Shell to further unleash the business impact of Learning.
