Joe Dell is a dynamic talent development executive celebrated for his leadership in guiding teams in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic, high-impact learning platforms that enhance both employee and organizational performance. As the head of the Facilitation and Delivery team at Cortland, a leading international property management company, Joe has spearheaded initiatives that have garnered widespread industry recognition. Under his leadership, Cortland's Talent Development function was recognized as a best-in-class L&D operation by the Association of Talent Development (ATD) in 2022. The team's innovative approach, exemplified by their new Associate Journey Model - R.O.A.D. (Recruiting, Onboarding, Advancing, Developing), earned them the National Apartment Association Excellence Award the same year. Additionally, Joe and his team received the 2023 Innovator Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for their exceptional contributions to advancing learning and development within the industry.
